If you are around Lloret de Mar between October 10th and November 10th, and you consider yourself a refined sybarite, you shouldn’t miss this opportunity for having a taste at the best dishes of the Costa Brava.

“La Cuina de l’Art” refers to the cuisine related to the traditional fishing which is part of the ancient culture of the villages of the Costa Brava. Main ingredients of first choice dishes are of course fish and seafood. As a seasoned gourmet you should know that some types of fish are exclusive of a small coastal area and can only be tasted in the local region, fresh of the day and best when they are in season.

Being in autumn as we are, some dishes use other ingredients such as the famous catalonian “bolets”, wild mushrooms. I can assure you they it’s the best way to feel the scent of moss and the forests.
